We’re looking for a creative and forward-thinking Head of Inflight Experience to lead the evolution of our onboard product and bring our brand’s soul to life in the sky.
This is a defining leadership role for someone who understands the emotional side of travel — how cabin ambiance, service rituals, and design details combine to create unforgettable journeys. Based in Tallinn, you’ll shape the entire inflight experience strategy, from cabin design and catering to entertainment and service innovation, ensuring every touchpoint reflects Marabu’s signature warmth and style.
What You’ll Be Doing?
- Craft and execute a visionary inflight experience strategy that reflects Marabu’s identity and commercial goals.
- Lead the design, delivery, and ongoing development of our onboard service, catering, and product concepts.
- Oversee cabin interior design and modifications to ensure aesthetic harmony and functional excellence across the fleet.
- Maintain world-class standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service readiness on every aircraft.
- Partner with technology and content providers to enhance inflight entertainment and connectivity systems.
- Inspire, mentor, and develop a talented team spanning service design, product development, and supplier management.
- Build strong partnerships with both internal teams (operations, finance, cabin crew) and external collaborators (caterers, designers, and vendors).
- Manage the inflight experience budget and track key performance indicators related to service quality, cost efficiency, and passenger satisfaction.
Who We’re Looking For?
- A university degree in business, hospitality, aviation, or tourism management (or a related discipline).
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Estonian or German is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across different cultures and functions.
- Proven leadership experience in inflight experience, cabin product, or service development — ideally within the airline or luxury travel sector.
- A balance of big-picture vision and hands-on execution, with the ability to turn creative ideas into real experiences.
- Strong experience in supplier management, service design, or onboard product delivery.
- A true passion for customer experience, with an instinct for detail, design, and innovation.
- Legal right to work in the European Union (EU citizenship or valid work permit required).
