Do You Have What It Takes?
We are looking for candidates who embody our values of safety, service, and spirit. To be considered for this life-changing opportunity based in Dubai, you should meet the following requirements:
- Be at least 20 years of age and hold a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Be fluent in written and spoken English; knowledge of additional languages is highly valued.
- Have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within aviation, hospitality, or retail. Previous international aviation experience is a strong advantage.
- Maintain a well-groomed, professional appearance in line with our standards, with no visible tattoos while in uniform.
- Be at least 158 cm tall to meet our safety and operational requirements.
- Hold a valid passport and be in good health, able to pass a comprehensive aero-medical examination.
- Be a confident swimmer, comfortable in water while wearing a flotation device.
- Be enthusiastic, proactive, and possess a genuine passion for delivering outstanding service.
- Be respectful, adaptable, and thrive in a multicultural team environment.
- Have an unwavering safety-conscious attitude and the ability to remain calm and effective in emergency situations.
- Be ready and willing to relocate to Dubai, UAE, for this full-time role.

Competitive Monthly Earnings: Your monthly package will consist of a combined Basic Salary, Housing Allowance, and Transportation Allowance of approximately USD 2,380. In addition, you will earn a variable flying pay, which averages around USD 1,200 per month (based on an average of 90 flying hours).
Training Investment: A one-time training bond of approximately USD 2,650 applies for the first year of service, representing your commitment to joining our family.
