Your Mission in the Cabin: Safety, Service, and Excellence
As a Gol Flight Attendant, your primary responsibility is the safety and well-being of every person on board. You are trained to lead with calmness and act with precision. Every duty you perform, from pre-flight checks to post-flight reports, is part of upholding our unwavering commitment to operational excellence.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Serving as the first line of safety, identifying and reporting any operational hazards through our systems.
- Stepping into the Lead Cabin Crew role when required, coordinating seamlessly with the flight deck in all situations—normal, abnormal, or emergency.
- Executing all safety procedures as defined in our Air Operator Security Program and cabin manuals with exacting care.
- Managing onboard situations with discretion and authority, following the guidance of the Captain and company protocols.
- Preparing detailed safety reports and ensuring full compliance with all standards in the Flight Attendant Manual (MCV) and Cabin Standards Manual (CSM).
- Conducting onboard service and promotional activities with the warmth and efficiency that defines the Gol experience.
- Maintaining impeccable situational awareness, from assisting passengers during boarding to delivering clear safety instructions.
- Providing dedicated care to unaccompanied minors and passengers requiring special assistance, ensuring their journey is comfortable and secure.
- Committing to continuous learning by staying current with all manuals, bulletins, and company publications before every flight.
What You Need to Pack: Your Qualifications
To be considered for our team of Águias, you must meet these essential requirements:
- A completed High School education.
- A valid CMA (2nd Class – Flight Attendant) and a valid CCT or CHT at the time of application.
- A conversational level of English or Spanish.
- A Brazilian passport valid for at least 6 months (foreign nationals must have a valid RNE and meet naturalization requirements).
- An International Yellow Fever Vaccination Certificate, to be presented on the first day of training.
- Full availability to relocate, as your final base will be confirmed after the selection process.
