The Role: Autonomous Excellence in Action
This is not a typical cabin crew position. You will be the consistent face of Silver Air service on a busy charter aircraft, responsible for the entire cabin operation from pre-flight planning to post-flight closeout. Operating from a third-party FBO without the direct support of a managed hangar, your role demands initiative, foresight, and impeccable organizational skills. The aircraft flies a heavy schedule of domestic charters with international and overwater trips as required, meaning no two missions are the same, but your standard of excellence must be unwavering.
Your Core Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the cabin, delivering proactive, polished, and personalized service that defines the Silver Air experience.
- Take full ownership of all cabin readiness, including meticulous pre- and post-flight inspections, deep cleaning, and ensuring impeccable presentation at all times.
- Independently coordinate all provisioning, catering, and inventory management, building strong relationships with local vendors and FBO partners.
- Oversee the stocking and organization of the aircraft cabin and its supplies within a remote hangar environment.
- Maintain strict adherence to all safety protocols, compliance standards, and the procedures outlined in the Silver Air Cabin Attendant Handbook.
- Communicate effectively with the flight crew to ensure a seamless and secure operation throughout all phases of flight.
- Confidently support international and overwater missions, managing all associated documentation and guest needs.

Required Expertise
- A minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a Corporate or Part 91/135 Cabin Attendant; 5+ years is strongly preferred.

- Strong international flying experience and comfort with overwater operations.
- Expertise in high-end food, beverage, and service presentation.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with a keen attention to detail and operational discipline.

Compensation & Benefits:
- Annual Salary: $80,000 - $90,000. Candidates who demonstrate superior experience and a strong record of operational independence will be considered at the top of this range.
