What You'll Do as Our Cabin Crew?
Your role goes far beyond the service cart. You'll be the heartbeat of the cabin, responsible for creating an environment where passengers feel safe, comfortable, and genuinely cared for. Every flight is an opportunity to make a positive impression and showcase what makes Akasa Air special.
Your days will include:
- Following safety and service procedures with precision, staying fully up to date with all DGCA regulations and company manuals
- Presenting yourself with polish and professionalism, adhering to our grooming standards whether in the air or on layovers
- Keeping all your training and documents current—your readiness is our priority
- Engaging with passengers warmly, answering questions, offering assistance, and making everyone feel welcome onboard
- Handling inflight sales with a consultative, friendly approach—helping passengers discover products that enhance their journey
- Paying special attention to those who need it most: seniors, passengers with reduced mobility, unaccompanied minors, and families traveling with little ones
- Ensuring every meal, every announcement, and every interaction reflects the care and quality Akasa Air stands for
- Checking galley supplies, verifying catering orders, and maintaining a tidy, welcoming cabin throughout the flight
- Collaborating closely with your fellow crew, the cockpit team, and ground staff to keep everything running smoothly

Are You the One We're Looking For?
We're seeking individuals who combine a genuine love for people with the discipline and dedication that aviation demands. To be considered, you'll need to meet these requirements:
Essential Criteria
- Indian National holding a valid Passport, PAN Card, and Aadhar Card
- For freshers: 18 to 28 years of age
- For experienced crew: Up to 35 years of age
- Completed at least 10+2 (Class 12) education
- Fluent in both English and Hindi
- Minimum height: 155 cm for female candidates, 167.5 cm for male candidates (with weight in proportion)
- Medically fit as per DGCA standards
- BMI within range: 18–23 for female candidates, 18–25 for male candidates
- No visible tattoos or marks while in uniform
- Willingness to travel, work long hours, and adapt to shift schedules
