What We're Looking For?
We're seeking service-driven individuals who genuinely care about people and go the extra mile—naturally, without being asked. You should be safety-conscious, excited by cultural diversity, and ready to embrace a lifestyle that's anything but ordinary.
To be considered, you'll need to meet these minimum requirements:
- At least 21 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Fluent in written and spoken English (additional languages are a welcome advantage)
- Minimum height of 163 cm (no reach test required)
- Immaculate personal grooming—no visible tattoos or piercings (one small earring per lobe is permitted for females)
- Clean criminal record and unrestricted international travel ability
- Willingness to comply with UAE and GCAA aviation requirements
- Ability to swim confidently with a flotation device
