What You'll Do: The Art of Cabin Excellence
This role demands a professional who takes ownership of every detail, from pre-flight preparation to post-flight follow-through. Your responsibilities will include:
Flight Operations
- Working closely with the Pilot-in-Command (PIC) to ensure smooth flight operations
- Conducting thorough preflight cabin checks and promptly reporting any maintenance issues
- Coordinating with crews to maintain a pristine, perfectly presented aircraft
Passenger Safety & Comfort
- Assisting with cabin systems, luggage, and seating arrangements—including for children and passengers with disabilities
- Operating safety equipment with confidence and precision
- For Part 91 flights, ensuring passenger compliance with federal regulations
- Delivering safety briefings as advised by the PIC
- Taking command of the cabin during aircraft or medical emergencies
Cabin Maintenance & Service
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and luxurious cabin environment
- Managing bedding, supplies, and vendor relationships
- Preparing and serving meals and beverages tailored to individual passenger preferences
- Sourcing and coordinating high-end catering that rivals the finest establishments
Administrative Duties
- Updating client profiles to capture preferences and special requests
- Completing post-trip reports with accuracy and attention to detail
- Managing expense accounts and maintaining aircraft-specific manuals
- Staying current with all required training and certifications
Supervisory & Training
- Leading and mentoring contract or part-time crew members
- Representing Jet Aviation as a trusted ambassador to industry groups and regulatory bodies
What We're Looking For?
We are seeking candidates who will ensure the comfort, safety, and convenience of passengers during every flight. To be considered, you'll need:
Expert Credentials
- Flight Safety International or equivalent corporate Cabin Attendant recurrent training
- MedAire Management of Inflight Illness and Injury certification or CPR/AED equivalent
Proven Experience
- Four years in a similar role, with at least two years of culinary and/or high-end hospitality experience
Education
- High school diploma required
Flexibility
- Ability to work a variable schedule to meet flight mission profiles, including extended trips, holidays, and weekends
Global Readiness
- Willingness to travel extensively worldwide with no restrictions
Licensing
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Age Requirement
- Must be at least 21 years of age
