What You'll Be Doing?
As a member of our cabin crew, you'll be the heart of the Akasa Air experience—responsible for ensuring every passenger feels safe, comfortable, and genuinely cared for from boarding to arrival. Your role blends safety, service, and a touch of warmth that makes each journey memorable.
Your day-to-day will involve:
- Keeping safety front and center—following all DGCA regulations, company procedures, and staying current with the latest safety and service guidelines.
- Being a true brand ambassador—engaging warmly with passengers, answering questions, and making everyone feel welcome, whether they're frequent flyers or first-time travelers.
- Taking pride in your professional image, consistently meeting grooming standards that reflect the quality of our airline.
- Managing inflight sales with a friendly, consultative approach—sharing products and services that enhance the passenger experience while contributing to our airline's success.
- Paying special attention to guests who need a little extra care, including elderly travelers, unaccompanied minors, families with infants, and passengers with reduced mobility.
- Coordinating closely with your team and the cockpit crew to ensure smooth operations, on-time performance, and seamless communication across departments.
- Keeping the cabin, galleys, and lavatories clean, tidy, and well-stocked—because small details make a big difference.
- Taking ownership of pre-flight and post-flight duties, from checking stock levels to reporting any equipment or cabin issues to your Inflight Manager.

What We're Looking For?
We're seeking individuals who bring a natural warmth, a sense of responsibility, and a team-first attitude. To be considered for this role, you'll need:
- Indian nationality with a valid passport, PAN Card, and Aadhar Card.
- Completed at least 10+2 (Class 12) education.
- Fluency in both English and Hindi (spoken and written).
- Age between 18 and 28 years for freshers; up to 35 years for experienced crew.
- Minimum height: 155 cm for female candidates, 167.5 cm for male candidates, with weight proportionate to height.
- BMI within 18–23 for females and 18–25 for males.
- Medically fit as per DGCA standards.
- No visible tattoos or marks while in uniform.
This role also requires flexibility—you should be comfortable with shift work, long hours, and regular travel as part of your routine.
