Are you ready to deliver service that soars above the clouds? Jet Aviation is seeking an exceptional Cabin Attendant to join our team in Teterboro, New Jersey, as a Floater—a role designed for a hospitality professional who thrives on variety, exclusivity, and the highest standards of in-flight excellence. If you have a passion for anticipating needs, curating luxurious experiences, and working seamlessly with high-profile clientele, this is your opportunity to make an impact with a global leader in private aviation.

Your Mission: Crafting Unforgettable Journeys at 45,000 Feet

As a Floater Cabin Attendant, you won't just serve—you'll orchestrate. Every flight is a blank canvas, and you'll bring it to life with meticulous attention to detail, from the moment you step onboard to the final farewell. Your role is part safety professional, part hospitality expert, and part trusted confidante. You'll work across various aircraft and missions, ensuring that every passenger experiences the seamless luxury and discretion that defines Jet Aviation.

What You'll Do: A Day in Your Elite Career?

    • Partner with Flight Crew: Collaborate closely with the Pilot-in-Command to ensure every flight operation runs smoothly. You'll conduct thorough preflight cabin inspections, report any maintenance needs, and coordinate with ground crews to maintain an immaculate aircraft environment.
    • Champion Safety & Comfort: Your vigilance ensures passenger well-being. Assist with cabin systems, manage luggage and seating arrangements (including for children or passengers with special needs), and operate safety equipment with confidence. For Part 91 flights, you'll ensure compliance with federal regulations, deliver safety briefings as needed, and take command of the cabin during medical or aircraft emergencies.
    • Curate Luxury Experiences: Go beyond standard service by tailoring every detail to passenger preferences. From sourcing premium vendors and managing exquisite catering to preparing and presenting meals and beverages with sophistication, you'll elevate the in-flight experience to an art form.
    • Manage Behind-the-Scenes Excellence: Your organizational skills keep everything running seamlessly. Update detailed client profiles, complete post-trip reports with precision, manage expense accounts, and maintain aircraft-specific manuals while staying current with all required training.
    • Lead & Inspire: As a senior presence onboard, you'll mentor contract or part-time crew members, embodying Jet Aviation's values and serving as a trusted ambassador to industry groups and regulatory bodies.

What You'll Experience: The Rhythm of the Role

This position offers a dynamic blend of physical engagement and global exploration.

    • Physical Demands: You'll be actively involved throughout each mission—regularly using your hands, standing, walking, and sitting, with occasional climbing, kneeling, or crouching. You should be comfortable frequently lifting and moving up to 50 pounds, including overhead, and maintaining sharp vision across various ranges and depths.
    • Varied Environments: Your days may shift from the buzz of heavy maintenance areas to the refined calm of upscale client spaces. You'll embrace the energy of aircraft arrivals and departures, handling occasional high noise, vibrations, and exposure to fuel fumes with professionalism, while adapting to changing weather and seasonal temperatures.
    • Global Reach: This role is your passport to the world. You'll travel extensively, delivering Jet Aviation's signature service across continents and representing our commitment to excellence wherever you go.
