What You'll Be Doing Up in the Air?
Your role goes far beyond serving drinks and meals. You'll be the reassuring, professional presence that makes our customers feel genuinely cared for from boarding to arrival.
- Leading with safety: You'll carry out safety, first aid, and security procedures to the highest standard, keeping everyone protected at all times.

Are You Our Next Brand Ambassador?
We're looking for people who bring both heart and professionalism to the role. To be considered, you'll need to meet these requirements:
- Have the right to live and work in Singapore.
- Be at least 18 years old (as required by Singapore legislation).
- Hold a Bachelor's degree or higher, OR a minimum of GCE 'O' Level (or equivalent) with a pass in English plus at least one year of cabin crew experience.
- Be fluent in written and spoken English, AND at least one of the following languages: Cantonese, Putonghua, Bahasa Indonesia, Bahasa Malaysia, Filipino, Hindi, Japanese, Korean, or Thai. (Proficiency in Putonghua is a strong plus.)
- Reach a minimum of 208cm on tiptoe—this is essential for safety and emergency procedures.
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in airline, hospitality, or service industries is an advantage.
Important Safety-Sensitive Requirements
Because this role is safety-critical, successful candidates must also:
- Pass a comprehensive pre-employment background check, including criminal records.
- Pass a pre-employment medical assessment.
- Pass a pre-employment drug test, conducted following HKCAD guidelines.
No English Test? No Problem – If You Have One of These
You can be exempted from our English assessment if you hold a valid:
- TOEIC® (Public Test) score of 325 or above in both Reading and Listening, OR
- IELTS (Academic) overall Band Score of 6.0 or above.
Just upload your score report when you apply—your result must still be valid, and we will verify it during recruitment.

What to Expect Next
Shortlisted candidates will be contacted within six weeks to complete a digital interview and an English assessment. Please note: if you cannot attend any of the assessments, your application will be considered withdrawn. You're welcome to reapply after three months.
