Join Our Las Vegas Cabin Crew: Contour Aviation Is Hiring Flight Attendants!

Based at Harry Reid International Airport (LAS) – Las Vegas, NV

Have you been searching for a flight attendant role that truly values both safety and genuine hospitality? Contour Aviation is looking for poised, level-headed, and customer-focused professionals to join our cabin crew team in Las Vegas. If you take pride in making passengers feel secure and cared for—while keeping a cool head when things get busy—this could be the perfect fit.

What You'll Do: More Than Just a Flight Attendant Role!

At Contour, your primary mission is simple but vital: keep everyone safe, comfortable, and well-informed from boarding to deplaning. Yes, you'll serve meals and drinks. Yes, you'll help with bags and keep the cabin tidy. But at your core, you'll be the person passengers look to when they need reassurance, assistance, or just a friendly face at 30,000 feet.

Every flight is different, and your ability to adapt matters. One moment you might be helping an elderly traveler settle in; the next, you could be calmly guiding an evacuation or providing CPR. That mix of service heart and safety mindset is exactly what we value.

    Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities Will Include:

    • Following all FAA regulations and Contour policies without exception—safety always comes first.
    • Greeting passengers warmly, helping with luggage storage (up to 67 inches high), and ensuring everyone is comfortable.
    • Serving meals, snacks, and beverages (including alcohol) with a professional and friendly manner.
    • Paying extra attention to passengers who need support: unaccompanied minors, elderly guests, and individuals with disabilities.
    • Keeping the cabin, galley, and lavatories clean and organized throughout the flight.
    • Making clear announcements, conducting safety demonstrations, and providing instructions that passengers can easily follow.
    • Staying calm and effective in emergencies—whether that means evacuating the aircraft, administering first aid, or following flight deck directions.
    • Completing accurate reports and paperwork after any incidents or unusual situations.
    • Working closely with your crew and the Pilot-in-Command to ensure a smooth, safe operation.

    Physical Aspects of the Role

    You should be comfortable with:

    • Opening and closing aircraft doors weighing up to 60 lbs.
    • Pushing or pulling beverage carts requiring about 32 lbs. of force.
    • Lifting up to 75 lbs. (with or without reasonable accommodation).
    • Frequent walking, bending, reaching above your shoulders, and moving through narrow aisles.

    What We're Looking For?

    First, the must-haves:

    • At least 23 years old.
    • High school diploma or GED.
    • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record, plus a valid passport.
    • Authorized to work in the US and able to travel internationally.
    • Fluent in English (bilingual skills are a nice bonus, but not required).
    • Able to live within one hour of your assigned base in Las Vegas.
    • Willing to work variable schedules: nights, weekends, holidays, and duty shifts up to 16 hours.
    • Ability to pass: a DOT pre-employment drug screen (plus ongoing random testing), a 10-year background check, criminal history review, fingerprinting, and reference checks.
    • Successful completion of Contour's four-week Flight Attendant Initial Training Program.

Beyond the checklist, we're looking for someone who:

    • Has strong interpersonal skills and a polished, professional presence.
    • Stays organized and detail-oriented even when interruptions happen.
    • Works well with all kinds of personalities in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
    • Shows leadership and can juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball.
    • Is self-motivated and can keep a positive attitude under pressure.
    • Writes and speaks clearly, tactfully, and professionally.
    • Takes safety seriously and follows all OSHA, EPA, state, and federal regulations.
