Become a Gracious Host in the Skies: Horizon Air Is Hiring Flight Attendants in Las Vegas!
Horizon Air, operating as the trusted regional partner of Alaska Airlines, is looking for authentic, warm, and safety-conscious individuals to join our Flight Attendant team based in Las Vegas, Nevada. If you genuinely enjoy making people feel welcome, can stay calm under pressure, and want to build a career with an airline people truly love, this is your moment to take off.
As the face of our operation onboard, you'll be more than a crew member—you'll be a host, a problem-solver, and a safety professional all rolled into one. This is a union-represented position that offers stability, great benefits, and the chance to turn your passion for service into a rewarding lifestyle.
What You'll Do Onboard?
Every flight brings a new mix of responsibilities, and no two days are the same. Here's a glimpse of what your time in the air will look like:
- Keeping safety at the center of everything—knowing regulations inside out and ensuring all onboard equipment is in working order.
- Greeting each passenger with a genuine smile, helping with seating, stowing carry-ons, and making sure everyone feels settled.
- Demonstrating safety equipment and emergency procedures clearly and confidently so guests know what to expect.
- Preparing and serving meals, beverages, and alcohol with care and attention.
- Using a mobile device to handle onboard sales—from meals to inflight entertainment—smoothly and efficiently.
- Staying calm and composed when things get challenging, whether it's a medical emergency or a tense passenger situation.
- Answering questions about flights and sharing helpful destination tips.
- Stepping into other duties as needed—because teamwork keeps everything running.

- A body size that fits within specific aircraft dimensions, including the jump seat, harness, cabin aisle, and emergency exits without modification.
