This role is perfect for an experienced aviation professional who understands the unique blend of uncompromising safety, world-class hospitality, and operational precision that defines the NetJets experience. If you have a background in flight operations or luxury service management and a genuine passion for elevating every touchpoint of the owner journey, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do: Shape the Future of Inflight Excellence

In this role, you will work closely with the Manager of Inflight & Standards to execute and refine the programs that keep our Flight Attendants performing at their absolute best. Your focus will be on monitoring compliance, conducting thorough evaluations, and translating your findings into actionable recommendations for leadership. You'll serve as a bridge between frontline service delivery and strategic improvement, ensuring that every NetJets owner receives a consistently exceptional, personalized experience.

    Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

    • Standards Development & Oversight: Supporting the creation and rollout of inflight service standards, with a keen eye on integrating new technology and maintaining rigorous safety protocols.
    • Compliance Monitoring: Conducting regular standards assessments, tracking compliance trends year over year, and identifying clear opportunities for improvement.
    • Recurrent Training Support: Partnering with our Flight Attendant Training team to observe and evaluate Recurrent Standards rides, ensuring alignment with approved procedures and accurate record-keeping.
    • Cross-Fleet Alignment: Working with NetJets Europe stakeholders to align standards where possible, contributing to continuous improvement across both operations.
    • Owner Experience Measurement: Helping develop, deploy, and refine Owner satisfaction surveys, then analyzing the data to keep a genuine pulse on how our owners feel about their inflight experience.
    • Content & Communication Management: Collaborating with content developers to keep all inflight standards documentation, guidance, and media accurate and current—including the FA Operations App, the bi-weekly FA newsletter, and other key communication channels.
    • Leadership Program Support: Contributing to content development, coordination, and delivery for our Standards Development Program (SDP) Conferences and other inflight leadership initiatives.
    • Owner Profile Refinement: Teaming up with Flight Operations and Owner Services to proactively update and refine Owner profiles, ensuring consistently personalized service delivery.
    • Global 5 Senses Alignment: Serving as a subject matter expert to help align service procedures with our signature Global 5 Senses initiatives.
    • Safety & Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring that all safety and regulatory standards are executed without exception.
    • Root Cause Investigation: Digging into any inconsistencies in standards or service delivery, documenting underlying causes, and supporting the implementation of corrective actions.
    • Professionalism Monitoring: Observing professionalism and service execution trends across the Flight Attendant group, escalating concerns and recommendations as appropriate.
    • Tools & Resource Management: Partnering with Flight Operations and external vendors to ensure Flight Attendants have everything they need—from physical tools to timely information—to deliver world-class service aligned with the NetJets Service Framework.
    • Data-Driven Insights: Analyzing both qualitative and quantitative data to provide meaningful insights and actionable recommendations that continuously enhance the inflight owner experience.
