See the World Differently: Join Omni Air International as a Flight Attendant!

Do you want a career that takes you to places you've never heard of—not just the usual tourist hotspots? Omni Air International is a private charter airline with a mission unlike any other. We transport government agencies, military personnel, sports teams, TV productions, corporate clients, and we proudly support humanitarian missions around the globe. Our crew doesn't just serve passengers—they exceed expectations, lead with genuine warmth, and make safety their highest priority.

If you're looking for an airline career that's unpredictable, meaningful, and truly global, Omni might be your perfect fit.

    Where You Could Be Based?

We are currently hiring Flight Attendants for three U.S. bases:

    • Baltimore, MD (BWI)
    • Seattle, WA (SEA)
    • Dallas-Fort Worth, TX (DFW)

Your base will be assigned during training, and you'll need to be flexible about where you start—whether that means relocating or commuting.

    What You'll Actually Do Onboard

This isn't your typical point-to-point commercial flying. At Omni, every trip is different. One week you might be supporting a military charter, the next you could be assisting a humanitarian mission or flying a sports team to a championship game.

Here's what the role looks like in practice:

    • Deliver outstanding customer service that leaves passengers feeling genuinely cared for, even on long-haul charters.
    • Become a true safety professional—performing thorough pre-flight checks, mastering emergency procedures, and staying ready for anything.
    • Build real connections with passengers from all walks of life, including unaccompanied minors, elderly travelers, and individuals with special needs.
    • Work closely with your fellow crew members to create a positive, professional inflight atmosphere.
    • Handle everything from serving meals (which may contain common allergens) to processing payments for onboard purchases.
    • Assist passengers with luggage—lifting and stowing bags into overhead bins as needed.
    • Respond calmly and effectively during emergencies, including providing basic first aid or CPR when necessary.
    • Complete detailed reports and maintain clear communication with the flight deck and your Purser.
    • Stay flexible—schedules change, charter requirements shift, and you'll need to adapt with a smile.

    What Makes Omni Different?

You'll travel to some of the most unusual and far-flung destinations in the world. Layovers aren't just about hotels—they're about experiencing places most travelers never see. If you have a sense of adventure and don't need every trip to look the same, you'll thrive here.

    What You'll Need to Qualify?

Before you apply, make sure you meet these minimum requirements:

    • At least 21 years old.
    • Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
    • Fluent in English (speak, read, write, and understand).
    • Ability to obtain and keep a current passport with unrestricted entry to all destinations Omni serves.
    • Able to report to your assigned base within two hours when on call.
    • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent (college degree or relevant experience is a plus).
    • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook.
    • Willingness to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours.
    • Able to work flight duty periods of 20 hours or more, and deadhead travel of 26 hours or more.
    • Able to work variable schedules, including 19 or more consecutive days away from base.
    • Must pass a FAA-mandated pre-employment drug test and subsequent random tests.
    • Must pass a 10-year background check including fingerprint-based criminal history check.
    • Must complete Omni's Flight Attendant training successfully.

    Physical Demands You Should Know

This job is hands-on and physical. You'll need to be able to:

    • Open emergency exits and close aircraft doors weighing up to 60 pounds.
    • Push or pull a food and beverage cart requiring 32 pounds of force.
    • Stand or walk for more than two-thirds of flight time.
    • Lift up to 60 pounds overhead into storage bins as high as 74 inches from the floor.
    • Reach above shoulder level, bend, twist, kneel, and work in cramped or awkward positions.
    • Walk comfortably down the aircraft aisle while facing forward.
    • Hear and respond to communications in high-noise environments.
    • Sit in your assigned jump seat with seatbelt and shoulder harness fastened.

    The Mindset We're Looking For

Beyond the physical requirements, we need people who:

    • Stay calm and diplomatic when dealing with a wide range of personalities and situations.
    • Recognize and respond appropriately to emergency, medical, or security-related events.
    • Make quick decisions under pressure without losing composure.
    • Work independently but also collaborate seamlessly as part of a team.
    • Solve problems in real time while maintaining professionalism.
    • Complete forms, write reports, and communicate clearly in writing.

    What Omni Offers You?

We believe in taking care of our crew so you can focus on doing what you love.

    • Explore the World: Visit countries across every continent and enjoy layovers in truly unique destinations.
    • Paid Training: You'll receive 4.5 weeks of paid training. Omni covers your flights to and from Dallas, plus accommodation and transportation to our training facility.

    • Work-Life Balance: Our schedules are designed to give you meaningful time on the road balanced with personal time at home.
