Elite Service, Elevated Skies: Lead Corporate Flight Attendant – Northern California!
PayPal is seeking an exceptional Lead Corporate Flight Attendant to join our private aviation team based in Northern California. This is not a typical flight attendant role. It's for a seasoned, resourceful, and poised aviation professional who thrives on delivering white-glove service in an ever-changing, on-call environment. If you have deep experience in VIP aviation, luxury yachting, or ultra-premier hospitality—and you genuinely enjoy anticipating needs before they're spoken—this could be your next great chapter.
What You'll Do: Safety, Service, and Seamless Execution
You'll be the sole manager of the in-cabin experience, responsible for both the uncompromising safety of our passengers and the flawless delivery of concierge-level service. Every flight is different, and your ability to stay calm under pressure while curating a refined, personalized environment is essential.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Safety Leadership: Conducting thorough pre-flight inspections of all cabin equipment, delivering tailored safety briefings, and staying fully prepared to lead emergency procedures—including evacuations, medical events, or ditching—with confidence and clarity.
- Gourmet In-Flight Dining: Sourcing, preparing, and artistically plating meals that reflect passenger preferences. You'll confidently manage complex dietary restrictions, recommend thoughtful wine pairings, and track down exceptional local ingredients when traveling internationally.
- Cabin Curation: Creating a welcoming, five-star atmosphere through carefully selected linens, personalized amenities, and meticulous attention to detail. You'll ensure the aircraft is always passenger-ready, down to the smallest touch.
- Logistics & Coordination: Managing all stock and inventory, while working seamlessly with Fixed Base Operators (FBOs) for catering deliveries, laundry services, and cabin cleaning.
- Concierge-Level Support: Anticipating passenger needs before they arise—from arranging ground transportation to troubleshooting in-flight Wi-Fi or entertainment systems.
What You Bring to the Table?
We're looking for a polished professional with a track record of excellence in exclusive, high-stakes service environments. To be considered, you must have:
- At least seven years of relevant work experience in VIP aviation, luxury yachting, or ultra-high-end hospitality.
- Active and current First Aid, CPR, and AED certifications.
- Valid Flight Attendant Emergency Training certification (such as FACTS or FlightSafety).
- A valid passport with no restrictive visas.
