What We're Looking For?
We are searching for individuals who bring confidence, professionalism, and a warm, service-first mindset. Whether you're just starting your aviation journey or have experience in the skies, we want to meet people ready to represent Libyan United with pride.
To be considered, you should meet the following:
- Be fluent in English (spoken and written). Knowing additional languages is always a welcome advantage.
- Have a natural ability to work within a team and a genuine desire to look after people.
- Hold a high school diploma or an equivalent qualification.
- Have the ability to swim.
- Meet the minimum height requirement of 162 cm, with a vertical reach of at least 212 cm.
- Be at least 20 years old.
- Prior cabin crew experience is a definite advantage, but it's not the only thing we value—your attitude, character, and commitment to service matter just as much.
