Join the Ryanair Group Cabin Crew Family – Based in Vienna!

Have you ever dreamed of working at 30,000 feet, exploring new cities on your days off, and building a career with Europe's largest airline group? Ryanair Group is looking for enthusiastic, customer-loving people to join our Lauda Europe cabin crew team at Vienna Airport. No prior aviation experience? No problem. What we really care about is your energy, your team spirit, and your desire to deliver a fantastic travel experience for our guests.

    What Makes This Role Different?

You'll become part of a close-knit cabin crew family of over 16,000 professionals across the Ryanair Group. Every day, we carry more than 550,000 guests on over 3,600 flights to 250+ destinations. That means fast-paced action, incredible travel perks, and real career growth — whether you aspire to become a base supervisor, a regional manager, or even our Director of Inflight.

What to Expect as a Trainee Cabin Crew Member

Your journey begins with a 6-week fully paid training course, where you'll learn everything from safety procedures to service excellence. There will be regular exams, followed by supervised practice flights, and finally — your official Cabin Crew Wings. You don't pay for training. In fact, you'll receive a training allowance from Day 1.

Once qualified, you'll enjoy a fixed 5-days-on, 3-days-off roster pattern. That rhythm gives you real time to rest, explore, and make the most of your unlimited heavily discounted staff travel benefits.

A Few Things to Be Honest About

Life as cabin crew is incredibly rewarding, but it's also demanding. Safety is always our number one priority. You'll need to be comfortable with early starts — sometimes reporting for duty as early as 5am — and late finishes that can stretch past midnight. If waking up before sunrise isn't for you, this might not be the right fit. But if you're adaptable, resilient, and love variety, you'll thrive here.

    Do You Meet the Requirements?

We're looking for people who are hardworking, friendly, and ready for adventure. Here's what you'll need:

    • The unrestricted right to live and work in the EU, plus the ability to travel freely across the Ryanair network
    • A height between approximately 157 cm and 188 cm (5'2" to 6'2")
    • The ability to swim 25 meters unaided — and support someone else while doing so
    • A confident, outgoing personality with a genuine 'can-do' attitude
    • Comfort with shift work and a flexible schedule
    • Strong spoken and written English (you'll take a language assessment)
    • A real passion for travel and meeting people from all walks of life

    What's in It for You?

We believe in rewarding our crew well. Here's what you can look forward to:

    • A completely free, internationally recognised cabin crew training course
    • A daily training allowance of €28 per day while you learn
    • Uncapped sales bonuses on top of your pay
    • Unlimited heavily discounted staff travel to over 250 destinations
    • A predictable 5 days on, 3 days off roster pattern
    • Free uniform for your first year, plus an annual allowance afterward
    • The security of working for a financially stable airline
    • Direct or agency contract depending on the base
    • Most importantly — the adventure and experience of a lifetime
