Your Role: Shaping the Future of Our Cabin Crew
Based in Monterrey, you'll serve as a key member of our training team, responsible for delivering both initial and recurrent training courses to our cabin crew personnel. Your mission goes beyond simply presenting information—you'll help our crew develop the technical skills, operational knowledge, and safety mindset they need to excel in the air. From classroom sessions to hands-on simulator drills, you'll be the person who ensures every crew member meets our high standards and regulatory requirements.
What You'll Be Doing Day to Day?
As a Cabin Crew Instructor, your responsibilities will include:
- Leading engaging training sessions that bring safety procedures and operational protocols to life
- Developing and refining training materials, including presentations, practical exercises, and assessments that keep our crew sharp
- Conducting hands-on practical sessions using our door, smoke and fire, and ditching simulators
- Carrying out practical evaluations as a Designated Examiner certified by AFAC
- Staying current by attending technical refresher training to maintain your own expertise
What You Bring to the Team?

- Strong technical aviation training experience
- The ability to conduct operational practical evaluations with confidence and fairness
- Excellent communication and teaching skills—you know how to explain complex concepts clearly
