What We're Looking For?
We're seeking candidates who bring both experience and a customer-centric mindset to every flight. To be considered for this role, you should have:
- Minimum 3–4 years of business aviation experience – this is essential
- Prior experience on Embraer Legacy 600/650 preferred – familiarity with the aircraft type is a strong advantage
- Excellent communication and guest relation skills – you know how to make every passenger feel valued and cared for
- Strong focus on safety, hospitality, and service excellence – safety is non-negotiable, and service is your passion
- Professional appearance and customer-centric attitude – you represent the brand with pride and polish
