Chartright Air Group, one of Canada's most respected names in business aviation, is seeking an experienced and polished Corporate Flight Attendant to join our team in Mississauga, Ontario. Operating on the Challenger 650 aircraft, this role offers the opportunity to deliver exceptional service to an elite clientele, including the aircraft Owner, their guests, and discerning charter clients.

What You'll Do?
In this role, you'll be the face of luxury aviation, ensuring the safety and comfort of every passenger while delivering a truly bespoke inflight experience.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Acting as Flight Attendant on the Challenger 650, providing a high level of service to the Owner, their guests, and charter clients
- Delivering a detailed and tailored service on every occasion with meticulous attention to detail
- Confidently delivering a high-end dining experience onboard, creating menus that cater to owner and guest preferences
- Interacting with Operational Staff and Account Managers during the planning phases of all flight itineraries to anticipate all requirements
- Arranging and confirming catering requirements for each flight using well-vetted providers
- In coordination with pilots, preparing, stocking/acquiring commissary, and cleaning the aircraft as required—both at base and away from base
- Taking direction from all standards, protocols, and procedures as defined by the Manager, Cabin Safety and Service and Canadian Aviation Regulations (CARs)
- Performing other duties as assigned
- Maintaining strict confidentiality and discretion at all times—this is essential in the world of private aviation
What You Bring to the Role?
We're looking for a seasoned professional who already understands the nuances of corporate aviation and brings genuine passion to every flight.
Required qualifications and experience:
- Experience in corporate aviation is a must
- Strong culinary and plating skills with the ability to prepare meals while in flight
- Valid Canadian Passport with the ability to obtain Visas for entry into various countries
- Ability to successfully pass a Flight Attendant Initial Training course and keep up to date with Recurrent Training annually
- Valid First Aid Certificate (Level C)
- Must be 19 years of age or older
- Valid Food Handling Training Certificate
- Hold a valid G level Drivers License
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule and report for duty within 2 hours of a flight call out
- High School Diploma required (college diploma or university degree is an asset)
- Applicants must be located in Toronto or the surrounding area
