Lead the Cabin Experience: Senior Flight Attendant – Charlotte, NC!

A Role That Blends Safety, Service, and Leadership

At Honeywell, we're looking for an experienced and poised Senior Flight Attendant to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina. This isn't a typical flight attendant role—it's a leadership position that demands a rare combination of safety expertise, culinary knowledge, and the ability to guide and inspire other crew members. If you have over eight years of experience in the air and a passion for delivering flawless service to VIP and corporate passengers, we want to hear from you.

You'll report directly to our Flight Operations Manager and work on-site at our Charlotte location, playing a vital role in every flight's success. From pre-flight planning to post-flight wrap-up, your presence will ensure that safety, comfort, and professionalism are never compromised.

    What You'll Be Doing?

Safety & Compliance – Your First Priority

Before anything else, you are the onboard expert in safety. That means:

    • Ensuring the well-being of every passenger from boarding to deplaning
    • Conducting thorough safety checks to confirm all equipment is onboard and fully operational
    • Providing clear safety briefings and emergency instructions to passengers
    • Responding immediately to any onboard emergency and notifying the Pilot in Command
    • Executing emergency procedures according to both company and regulatory standards
    • Actively participating in our Safety Management System (SMS)

In-Flight Service Excellence – Beyond First Class

Our passengers expect more than standard service—they expect an experience. You'll deliver by:

    • Planning menus, coordinating catering, and overseeing food preparation and presentation with a culinary eye
    • Maintaining strict adherence to all food safety standards
    • Providing warm, personalized, first-class service to every passenger
    • Ensuring passenger comfort flows seamlessly from boarding through arrival

Cabin Operations – The Details Matter

A smooth flight starts with a well-prepared cabin. You'll be responsible for:

    • Keeping the cabin, galley, and baggage areas clean, organized, and secure
    • Ensuring aircraft are properly stocked with all necessary supplies and provisions
    • Reviewing flight details and requirements during pilot briefings
    • Supporting overall flight operations to maximize efficiency and service excellence

What You Bring to the Table?

    Required Experience & Skills

This is a senior role, and we're looking for someone who has truly mastered their craft:

    • A minimum of 8+ years of experience as a Flight Attendant
    • Experience on the same or larger aircraft type (preferred but not required)
    • Strong expertise in culinary arts and food service
    • Deep knowledge of wine and beverage pairing and presentation
    • Proven ability to plan menus for corporate or VIP passengers
    • Familiarity with aircraft safety procedures and cabin operations
    • Exceptional customer service and communication skills
    • Certification from an approved Flight Attendant Training organization

What We Value (and Will Make You Stand Out):

    • A Bachelor's degree in hospitality, aviation management, or a related field
    • Strong team-building capabilities—you elevate those around you
    • The ability to remain calm, clear-headed, and decisive under pressure
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and an eye for detail
    • An unwavering commitment to passenger safety and satisfaction
