What You'll Do?
Flight Operations & Safety
- Work closely with the Pilot-in-Command (PIC) to ensure smooth, efficient operations
- Conduct thorough preflight cabin checks and promptly report any maintenance issues
- Coordinate with crews to maintain a pristine, guest-ready aircraft
- Assist with cabin systems, luggage, and seating arrangements, including for children and passengers with disabilities
- Operate safety equipment and, for Part 91 flights, ensure passenger compliance with federal regulations
- Deliver safety briefings as advised by the PIC and assist or command the cabin during aircraft or medical emergencies
Cabin Maintenance & Service
- Maintain a clean, organized, and luxurious cabin environment that reflects the highest standards
- Manage bedding, supplies, and source vendors to ensure every detail is perfect
- Prepare and serve meals and beverages tailored to individual passenger preferences
Administrative Duties
- Update client profiles with precision and care
- Complete post-trip reports and manage expense accounts accurately
- Maintain aircraft-specific manuals while staying current with all required training
Supervisory & Training
- Lead and mentor contract or part-time crew members
- Represent Jet Aviation as a trusted ambassador to industry groups and regulatory bodies
What We're Looking For?
Expert Credentials
- Flight Safety International or equivalent corporate Cabin Attendant recurrent training
- MedAire Management of Inflight Illness and Injury certification or CPR/AED equivalent
Proven Experience
- Four years in a similar role, with at least two years of culinary and/or high-end hospitality experience
Education & Requirements
- High school diploma required
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Must be at least 21 years of age
Flexibility & Global Readiness
- Ability to work a variable schedule to meet flight mission profiles, including extended trips, holidays, and weekends
- Willingness to travel extensively worldwide with no restrictions

What You'll Experience
Physical Requirements
- Regular use of hands, standing, walking, sitting, with occasional climbing, kneeling, or crouching
- Frequent lifting and moving up to 50 pounds, including overhead lifting
- Ability to maintain sharp vision across various ranges and depths
Work Environment
- Operate in a variety of environments, from heavy maintenance areas to upscale customer spaces

- Adapt to occasional high noise levels, vibrations, and exposure to fuel fumes
