Required Qualifications
English Language Proficiency
You must hold at least one of the following official English language test scores:
- TOEIC: 600 or higher
- TOEIC Speaking: IM1 or higher
- OPIc: IM1 or higher
Important Notes on Test Scores:
- Only domestic test scores obtained on or after August 6, 2024 are accepted
- Special tests are not accepted
- Applicants residing overseas, immigrants, and international students must also submit an official English test score
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong conversational skills in Japanese and/or Chinese – additional language skills will make you stand out
Eligibility Requirements
- No restrictions preventing international travel – you must be able to travel freely
- Male applicants must have completed or been exempted from mandatory military service
- No educational restrictions – qualifications obtained by February 2027 will be recognized
Position Details
- Employment Type: Internship with the possibility of conversion to permanent employment
- Contract Duration: One year
- Conversion Evaluation: At the end of the one-year contract, eligibility for permanent employment will be determined through an evaluation
Selection Process
- First Interview: Candidates will be selected based on the combined evaluation of application documents and competency assessment
- Physical Fitness Assessment: Will be assessed during the recruitment process using a National Fitness 100 Fitness Certificate issued by an authorized fitness certification center
- Detailed Schedules: Will be individually communicated to candidates who pass each stage
Required Documents
Please prepare the following documents:
- Final educational institution graduation certificate (or expected graduation certificate) or enrollment certificate
- Note: Applicants holding a master's degree or higher must submit both their bachelor's and master's graduation certificates
- Official English language test score:
- OPIc score report, where applicable
- Note: TOEIC and TOEIC Speaking scores are verified during the application process, so score reports do not need to be submitted
- National Fitness 100 Fitness Certificate
- Only certificates issued on or after August 6, 2025, with a Grade 1–3 rating are accepted
- Note: Applicants with a Grade 4–6 certificate or without a certificate may still apply, but must submit a Grade 1–3 certificate by the second interview
