    What You'll Be Doing?

    Elevating the Passenger Experience

    • Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, creating an atmosphere of comfort and sophistication
    • Anticipate passenger needs before they're expressed—from preferred beverages to dietary requirements
    • Deliver a world-class dining experience, utilizing your culinary expertise to prepare and present meals that rival top restaurants
    • Manage all aspects of cabin service, from meal preparation to beverage service, ensuring every detail is flawless
    • Maintain an immaculate cabin environment throughout the flight, including periodic checks to ensure passenger comfort

    Ensuring Safety and Compliance

    • Conduct thorough preflight safety briefings and equipment checks
    • Direct and assist passengers in emergency situations with confidence and composure
    • Administer basic first aid, CPR, and AED as needed
    • Secure the cabin in compliance with federal regulations before takeoff and landing
    • Reassure passengers during turbulence or unsettling situations with calm professionalism

    Managing Cabin Operations

    • Oversee the stocking and provisioning of the aircraft, ensuring all supplies are on board and sufficient for each trip
    • Source and shop for specialty items requested by passengers
    • Inspect, clean, and stock the cabin, galley, lavatories, and flight deck after each leg
    • Complete preflight, in-flight, and post-flight paperwork accurately and thoroughly
    • Operate audio and video systems, ensuring a seamless entertainment experience

    Culinary Excellence

    • Plan and execute menus that cater to passenger preferences and dietary needs
    • Prepare meals in-flight with precision and artistry
    • Maintain a thorough understanding of food safety and handling standards

    What You Bring to the Role?

    Experience and Qualifications

    • 5+ years of experience as a Corporate Flight Attendant in the private aviation sector
    • FlightSafety, FACTs, or similar flight attendant training preferred; annual recurrent training required
    • First Aid Certification—CPR and AED proficiency essential
    • Culinary training and experience—you're passionate about food and skilled in its preparation and presentation
    • Deep understanding of Federal Aviation Regulations related to cabin safety

    Availability and Logistics

    • Unrestricted ability to travel worldwide—valid passport and the ability to obtain necessary visas
    • Available to deploy for up to 16 consecutive days
    • Able to report for duty on short notice (2-3 hour response when on standby)
    • Flexibility to work a constantly changing schedule, including late nights, weekends, and holidays

    Physical Requirements

    • Vision: Correctable to 20/20 or better; able to read reports, charts, and manage paperwork; comfortable using computers, smartphones, and iPads
    • Hearing/Speaking: Clear speech and adequate hearing for effective communication in all situations, even during flight
    • Standing/Walking: Physically capable of standing for up to 14 hours with limited ability to sit; able to work long hours in various climates
    • Climbing/Stooping/Kneeling/Bending: Able to kneel in luggage compartments, load supplies, and maneuver in tight confinements within the aircraft
    • Strength: Must be able to push/pull the main cabin door (up to 130 pounds); lift supplies weighing 25-30 pounds repeatedly from floor to waist height

    Compensation Range: $50,000 to $500,000, based on geographic area, experience, equipment type/aircraft, job duties, training, and the assigned account.
