We're searching for passionate, service-driven individuals who are ready to represent Etihad in the sky, creating extraordinary guest experiences and ensuring the highest standards of safety. Our Cabin Crew are at the heart of everything we do, and we're looking for people who share our commitment to excellence.
To be considered, you'll need:
- At least 21 years old
- At least 163 cm tall
- A high school graduate (Grade 12 or equivalent)
- Fluent in written and spoken English—additional languages are a significant advantage
- No visible tattoos or piercings while wearing the Etihad Cabin Crew uniform
- Ambition, passion, and excitement for a travel lifestyle
What You'll Earn?
We offer a competitive, tax-free salary package that rewards your dedication:
- Earn up to AED 10,000 per month, including additional pay for flight hours and layovers, depending on your roster
Where Your Career Can Take You

- Economy → Business Class from 12 months
- Business Class → Cabin Senior from 12 months
- Cabin Senior → Cabin Manager from 24 months
