What We're Looking For?
To join our Cabin Crew team, you'll need to meet the following requirements:
- At least 21 years old
- At least 163 cm tall – to meet safety and operational requirements
- A high school graduate (Grade 12 or equivalent)
- Fluent in written and spoken English – additional languages are a significant advantage
- No visible tattoos or piercings while wearing the Etihad Cabin Crew uniform
- Ambitious, passionate, and excited by a travel lifestyle – you're ready for adventure
What You'll Earn – Competitive Tax-Free Salary
- Earn up to AED 10,000 per month, including additional pay for flight hours and layovers, depending on your roster
Where Your Career Can Take You – Fast-Track Progression
We recognize and reward great performance, with clear pathways to progress:
- Economy → Business Class from 12 months
- Business Class → Cabin Senior from 12 months
- Cabin Senior → Cabin Manager from 24 months
