What You'll Need?
To be considered for this leadership role, you must meet the following requirements:
Education & Age
- Bachelor's degree from a recognized university—your academic foundation is essential
- Maximum age: 45 years
Experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Purser—you've already proven your leadership capabilities in the skies
- A320/A330 experience is an advantage—familiarity with these aircraft types will make you stand out
- Valid flying record and successful previous airline reference check—your track record speaks for itself
Skills & Knowledge
- Strong leadership and team-management skills—you inspire and guide your crew effectively
- Excellent report-writing and communication skills—you communicate clearly and professionally
- Strong knowledge of cabin safety, service standards, and operational procedures—you know the rules and uphold them
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
- Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage, particularly Russian, German, Italian, Spanish, or French
Physical Requirements
- Minimum height: 155 cm—to meet safety and operational requirements
- BMI: up to 26—ensuring you meet our health and fitness standards
- Medically fit and able to meet the required aviation medical standards
- No visible tattoos or scars while wearing the company uniform
- Professional appearance and well-groomed hairstyle in accordance with company standards
Residency
- Hurghada residence only—this position requires you to be based in Hurghada
