Your Key Responsibilities
Safety and Emergency Response
- Apply emergency procedures and operate safety equipment with confidence and precision
- Respond to emergency situations, including evacuations and onboard fires—you remain calm and decisive
- Provide first aid to passengers whenever necessary
- Report operational incidents and strictly comply with established manuals and procedures
Customer Service Excellence
- Deliver professional and consistent service, demonstrating empathy and a customer-focused approach
- Anticipate passengers' needs and contribute to a positive travel experience
- Handle complaints and difficult situations appropriately—with grace and professionalism
- Communicate instructions clearly, including under pressure, adapting your communication to different cultures and passenger profiles
Teamwork and Collaboration
- Ensure cooperation with fellow cabin crew members and effective coordination with the flight deck crew
- Share critical information and contribute to the effective functioning of the team
- Perform effectively during long-haul flights, delays, challenging passenger situations, emergencies, and operational fatigue
Brand Ambassadorship
- Promote onboard products, support ancillary revenue-generating initiatives, and represent the TAAG brand with pride
What We're Looking For?
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:
- Age: Between 18 and 30 years
- Education: Minimum 12th grade (high school diploma)
- Training: Successful completion of the Initial Cabin Crew Training Course
- Swimming: Ability to swim
- Skills: Strong empathy and interpersonal skills, good communication and teamwork abilities, initiative, and a proactive, dynamic attitude
- Appearance: Professional appearance and presentation
- Height Requirements:
- Female: Minimum 1.60 m and maximum 1.75 m
- Male: Minimum 1.65 m and maximum 1.85 m
Language Requirements
- Fluency in Portuguese—essential for the role
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Knowledge of French, Spanish, Arabic, or Mandarin will be considered an advantage
