Become the Face of Hospitality in the Skies: Air Arabia Cabin Crew – Sharjah & Abu Dhabi!
Have you ever imagined yourself as the warm, welcoming presence that turns a routine flight into a genuinely pleasant journey? Air Arabia is looking for energetic, customer-focused individuals to join our Cabin Crew team based in Sharjah and Abu Dhabi. This is your opportunity to become a true brand ambassador, representing one of the Middle East's most respected low-cost carriers while exploring new destinations and growing your career in aviation.
If you're someone who stays calm under pressure, enjoys making people feel at ease, and takes pride in delivering excellent service, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Be Doing as Part of Our Crew?
This role goes far beyond serving meals and demonstrating safety procedures. You'll be the person passengers remember—the one who solved a problem, offered a genuine smile, or went the extra mile to make their trip smoother.
Safety & Professional Conduct:
- Arriving on time, looking polished and professional, and ensuring you're fully fit and legally compliant for every flight. You'll attend pre-flight briefings to review flight details, role assignments, security protocols, and boarding plans.
- Guiding passengers through safety procedures with clarity and confidence, keeping their well-being top of mind throughout the journey.
- Staying alert to any safety or security concerns, working closely with your Cabin Supervisor to address issues immediately according to our standard operating procedures.
- Providing first aid when needed, and promptly reporting any irregularities or equipment malfunctions to your Cabin Supervisor or Captain.
Customer Service Excellence:
- Welcoming guests as they board, assisting with seating and formalities, and logging necessary information in the aircraft logbook in line with airline and aviation authority requirements.
- Attending to individual passenger requests, from pre-booked meals to special assistance needs, always with patience and professionalism.
- Recognizing when someone is stressed or struggling, and stepping in with the right support as outlined in our operations manual.
- Helping maximize onboard revenue by introducing our meal options, products, and the "Charity Cloud" program in a friendly, natural way—working toward both individual and team sales targets.
- Handling cash and credit card payments securely and accurately for any onboard purchases or donations.
Pre-Flight & Post-Flight Duties:
- Conducting thorough pre-flight checks to confirm that emergency equipment, catering supplies, and other essentials are fully stocked and ready. Reporting any deficiencies to your Cabin Supervisor or Captain.
- Ensuring the cabin is properly cleaned during transit stops, and that fresh catering and duty-free products are loaded before departure.
- Coordinating a clear, complete handover of the cabin with catering, cleaning, or maintenance staff as needed.
- Completing post-flight briefings and assessment reports, offering constructive feedback on your Cabin Supervisor, documenting any flight issues, and sealing duty-free containers.
- Stepping into the Cabin Supervisor role when designated by the Captain, taking responsibility for passenger conduct and overall cabin management.
- Keeping your skills sharp by attending recurrent training, emergency procedure workshops, and other learning sessions to maintain your license and stay competitive.
What We're Looking For?
Education & Qualifications:
- A Higher Secondary Certificate or diploma is acceptable; a diploma in Travel or Tourism is a nice plus.
- Training in First Aid, Safety, or Emergency Procedures gives you an edge.
Personal Qualities:
- You're presentable, friendly, and can keep a cheerful, positive attitude—even when things get stressful.
- You're genuinely customer-focused, able to understand and act on what passengers need.
- You can handle difficult situations and frustrated travelers without ever compromising the airline's image.
- You're alert and detail-oriented, able to spot irregularities and respond to threats or emergencies with efficiency and commitment.
- You take initiative, stay motivated, and work well within a team.
- You communicate clearly in both spoken and written English. Additional languages are a definite advantage.
- You manage your time well and solve problems effectively.
- You're comfortable with basic computer tools like Microsoft Office.
