As a WestJet Cabin Crew Member, you hold a safety-critical position that is central to our operation. You are the face of our brand, balancing the crucial responsibility of ensuring everyone's safety with the art of delivering a genuinely remarkable guest experience. In this role, you'll be the guardian of our guests' well-being and the curator of their in-flight experience. Your days will be diverse, but your focus will always be on:
- Prioritizing safety above all else, following all Standard Operating Procedures and regulatory standards with precision.
- Confidently operating safety and emergency equipment, prepared for any situation.

- Representing the WestJet brand with pride, adhering to our uniform and appearance standards.

Qualifications for Takeoff?
To ensure you're set up for success from day one, here are the key requirements for this role:
- Must be 19 years of age or older.
- Advanced level of written and spoken English.
- 2-3 years of customer service experience.
- Able to reach 204 cm without shoes and lift 50 pounds from floor to waist.
- Hold a valid passport with the ability to travel internationally without restrictions.
- Able to obtain an Airport Restricted Area ID Card (requires a 5-year history and a clear criminal record).
- Flexible to work any hour, any day of the year, including reserve shifts.
- Successfully complete our comprehensive training program without absence and pass a post-offer employment test, including a pre-employment alcohol and drug screening.

- A proven track record of reliability and a commitment to safe, on-time performance.
- The flexibility to be away from home for up to five days at a time.
- As Canada's hometown airline, language skills are a major asset. Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in French, Japanese, Korean, Mandarin, or another language is highly valued.
