About the Role
As a Cabin Crew member at Air Arabia, you’ll be much more than a uniformed representative — you’ll be the face of our airline. Your mission is to make every journey safe, comfortable, and enjoyable while embodying Air Arabia’s warm hospitality and commitment to exceptional service. You’ll ensure that all safety procedures are followed on every flight, handle inflight situations with confidence, and create a welcoming atmosphere for our passengers.
When you’re not onboard, you’ll stay up to date with recurrent training and safety procedures, ensuring you’re always prepared to handle any situation with professionalism and care.
What You’ll Do?
- Represent Air Arabia with pride and professionalism at all times, ensuring every passenger feels valued and cared for.
- Attend flight briefings, prepare the cabin before departure, and check all safety and service equipment.
- Deliver clear and confident safety demonstrations, assist passengers during boarding, and provide guidance throughout the flight.
- Anticipate passenger needs and handle requests with warmth and efficiency — from meal service to special assistance.
- Stay alert to any safety or security concerns, and work closely with your team to address them quickly and effectively.
- Manage onboard sales and donations responsibly, ensuring accurate cash handling and reporting.
- Participate in post-flight debriefings and provide feedback to support continuous improvement.
- Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and order in the cabin, ensuring every flight reflects Air Arabia’s values of care and quality.
Who We’re Looking For?
We’re searching for confident, outgoing, and service-oriented individuals who can stay calm under pressure and always deliver with a smile.
Requirements:
- Age: 18–29 years for new applicants; up to 33 for experienced crew
- Education: Minimum of a Higher Secondary Certificate or Diploma (Tourism/Travel studies preferred)
- Language: Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Other: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a professional, approachable attitude
- Minimum Height: 160 cm (Female), 170 cm (Male)
- Weight: Proportionate to height and age
- Appearance: Clear skin, no visible tattoos while in uniform
- Fitness: Medically fit and able to swim using a flotation device
Preferred Experience
While previous experience in aviation or hospitality is an advantage, it’s not required — we encourage fresh graduates who are enthusiastic and passionate about service to apply. Candidates with an active cabin crew license or a background in customer-facing roles will be considered favorably.
You should be comfortable working shifts, adapting to changing schedules, and thriving in a multicultural team environment. Most importantly, you should love connecting with people and delivering the kind of service that keeps passengers coming back.
