You'll need to be comfortable with early starts (think 5 am on early rosters) and late finishes (past midnight on afternoon shifts). What We're Looking For?
We're less concerned with your resume and more interested in your attitude. To join our crew, you'll need:
- The unrestricted right to live and work in the UK, plus the ability to travel freely throughout the Ryanair network.
- A height between approximately 5'2" (157 cm) and 6'2" (188 cm).
- The ability to swim 25 metres unaided and support someone else in the water.
- A hardworking, flexible, and outgoing personality—you genuinely enjoy working with people.
- Comfort with shift-based rosters and a 'can-do' attitude toward customer service.
- Strong spoken and written English skills, confirmed by a language assessment.
- A true passion for travelling and meeting new people.
