Start Your Cabin Crew Journey With Ryanair – Multiple UK Cities!
If you've always imagined a career that mixes travel, people, and the energy of aviation, joining Ryanair's Cabin Crew community could be the step that changes everything. Ryanair continues to grow across Europe, operating from more than 90 bases and flying millions of passengers every week, and they are now looking for enthusiastic, adaptable individuals to join their crew across several UK locations.
Working as Cabin Crew with Ryanair means stepping into a fast-paced environment where every day feels different. You'll be part of a team that maintains exceptional safety standards while delivering warm, efficient service to guests traveling across more than 250 destinations. New recruits receive industry-leading training at no cost, and once you earn your Cabin Crew Wings, you'll be fully prepared to take on the responsibility of managing the inflight experience with confidence.
Ryanair is known for offering one of the most attractive rosters in the industry — a fixed "5 on, 3 off" pattern — giving you valuable work-life balance while enjoying unlimited discounted travel across the network. Many crew members describe life at Ryanair as both challenging and incredibly rewarding. Early starts, changing schedules, and dynamic inflight situations are all part of the job, so this role suits individuals who stay positive under pressure, enjoy being active, and feel energized by interacting with people from all walks of life. For those who thrive, career growth is significant, with opportunities to progress into supervisory positions, base leadership, inflight management, and more.
Please note that the recruitment process includes an English assessment and a situational-judgment test, both of which must be completed in order to progress to interviews.
