What Life as Ryanair Cabin Crew Looks Like?
This role is fun, rewarding, and full of adventure—but it's also demanding. Safety is our number one priority, and you'll need to be prepared for early starts (as early as 5 AM) and late finishes (as late as midnight). What We're Looking For?
To join our Cabin Crew family, you'll need to meet the following requirements:
- Hold the unrestricted right to live and work in the UK and travel freely throughout the Ryanair Network
- Height between approximately 5'2" (157 cm) and 6'2" (188 cm)
- Ability to swim 25 meters unaided and support someone else in the water
- Hardworking, flexible, and outgoing personality—you bring positive energy to every interaction
- Adaptable and happy to work a shift roster—flexibility is key
- Genuine enjoyment of working with the public and the ability to provide excellent customer service with a 'can do' attitude
- Comfortable speaking and writing in English with the ability to pass an English Language Assessment
- A passion for travelling and meeting new people—adventure awaits
