As Cabin Crew, you’ll be the face of the airline, ensuring passenger safety while providing exceptional service on board. You'll handle pre-flight safety checks, deliver engaging in-flight announcements, manage onboard sales, assist passengers with special needs, and respond confidently in emergency situations. Shifts can begin as early as 5 AM and run into late evening, so flexibility and dedication are essential.
No prior cabin crew experience? No problem! Ryanair provides a fully paid, internationally recognized training course to prepare you for life in the skies. Once trained, you’ll receive your official Cabin Crew Wings and step into a career full of opportunity.
Ryanair encourages internal growth, and many Cabin Crew have gone on to become Supervisors, Base Managers, or even Senior Leadership within the company.
Requirements
You must have the unrestricted right to live and work in the UK and travel freely throughout the Ryanair network. You should stand between 157 cm (5'2") and 188 cm (6'2") in height and be able to swim 25 meters unaided. Friendly, outgoing personalities who enjoy working with the public are highly valued. Strong English communication skills are essential, and you’ll need to pass a language assessment. A passion for travel and a flexible attitude toward shift work are must-haves.
