What You’ll Do?
As a Cabin Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for ensuring that each flight runs smoothly and safely — from takeoff to touchdown. You’ll oversee cabin operations, guide and support your crew, and deliver AJet’s signature hospitality with professionalism and heart.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and supporting cabin crew to deliver exceptional onboard service
- Ensuring compliance with all safety and security procedures throughout the flight
- Communicating effectively with the cockpit crew and ground operations
- Managing customer satisfaction by addressing passenger needs with care and efficiency
- Upholding AJet’s service standards and company values in every interaction

What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking confident and committed professionals who embody teamwork and reliability. To qualify, you should meet the following criteria:
- Turkish citizenship
- Born between 01/01/1980 and 31/12/2003
- Minimum of a high school diploma
- At least 36 months of cabin crew experience with a commercial airline
- Fluency in English (a second language is an advantage)
- Height: 160–180 cm for women, 170–190 cm for men, with proportional weight
- No visible tattoos, piercings, scars, or burns when wearing the AJet uniform
- Residing or able to reside on Istanbul’s Asian side or in Ankara
You must also have a clean criminal record and no previous terminations from Turkish Airlines (THY A.O.) or its subsidiaries. Applicants who left Turkish Airlines due to absenteeism or misconduct will not be considered.
Internal Applicants from Turkish Airlines or its subsidiaries must have at least three years of seniority to apply.
Health & Fitness to Fly
Candidates who pass the selection process must obtain a valid aviation medical certificate from an SHGM-authorized Aviation Medical Center, confirming their fitness to fly. AJet’s occupational physicians may require additional tests or evaluations if necessary.

Your Path to Leadership
Qualified candidates will initially join as Cabin Supervisor Candidates. Performance during training and a final competency-based evaluation will determine eligibility for a confirmed Cabin Supervisor role. Those who do not meet the standards may still be considered for future opportunities.
