Your Role & Impact
As a Lead Cabin Crew with airblue, you will be the cornerstone of our inflight team. You'll be responsible for coordinating cabin operations, mentoring fellow crew members, and ensuring every flight runs seamlessly and safely. What You Bring to Our Team?
To excel in this leadership position, you should possess:
- Candidates must be 32 years of age or younger.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a knack for making sound decisions, especially when it matters most.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the natural ability to connect with passengers, motivate a team, and collaborate with all operational departments.
- A valid Lead Cabin Crew (LCC) certification or a minimum of 2 years of proven experience as Cabin Crew.
- A proven track record of working calmly and effectively under pressure, managing stressful situations with grace and authority.
- A flexible approach to a dynamic schedule, including readiness to work across various shifts, weekends, and holidays.
