AirX Charter is expanding, and we’re looking for a polished and experienced VIP Flight Attendant to join our Lineage 1000 team. With a fast-growing fleet flying across the globe, every journey with us is about creating a seamless, world-class travel experience.
About the Role
As a VIP Flight Attendant with AirX, you’ll be more than a safety professional—you’ll be the face of our brand and the heart of our service. Our crew are trusted ambassadors who anticipate needs before a word is spoken and make every passenger feel at home in the sky. Whether it’s greeting someone in their native language, remembering a client’s favorite drink, or recalling a proud parent’s story from a previous flight, we look for team members who bring intuition, warmth, and genuine care to every detail.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Welcoming passengers onboard and ensuring a smooth, comfortable journey from start to finish
- Preparing the cabin with the highest standards of cleanliness, amenities, and personalized touches
- Managing catering—planning, preparing, and serving premium meals and beverages
- Demonstrating safety procedures and operating emergency equipment if needed
- Assisting with luggage and providing discreet, attentive service throughout the flight
- Acting as the administrative lead onboard: handling stock, inventory, concierge reporting, and passenger profiles
- Completing post-flight documentation, including reports on passenger preferences, service notes, and cabin condition
- Representing AirX with professionalism and discretion on every trip
What We’re Looking For?
We’re seeking someone who already knows the rhythm of VIP and business aviation. To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
- Previous experience as a Flight Attendant—ideally within the VIP or private jet sector
- A polished, professional appearance with a cheerful and approachable personality
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken); additional languages such as Arabic, German, French, Italian, or Spanish are highly valued
- Confidence with long-haul operations, including overnight duties
- A team-oriented mindset and the flexibility to adapt to varied schedules and international operations
