Your Role: The Heart of Our Guest Experience
As a LEAV Flight Attendant, you'll be much more than a crew member—you'll be the welcoming face and reassuring presence for our passengers from boarding to landing. Your primary focus is ensuring safety, comfort, and a friendly atmosphere on board our A320 fleet. Every flight is a new adventure, and you'll be at the center of it, serving refreshments, providing information, and making sure every traveler feels well taken care of. You'll represent our fresh, dynamic brand with pride and professionalism.
Is This You? We're Looking For
We value attitude and aptitude as much as any formal background. To join our team, you'll need:
- To be at least 18 years old and have a minimum height of 1.55 meters.
- A secondary school diploma (or a high school diploma combined with service sector experience).
- A committed, positive attitude and a naturally friendly, approachable manner.
- Ideally, some experience in a customer-facing role like retail, hotel, or the hospitality industry.
- Visual acuity within +/- 5 diopters.
- Good conversational skills in English.
- A flexible approach to work schedules and locations, including the ability to reach your assigned base within one hour.
- An EU passport or a permanent work permit for Germany.
