What You’ll Be Doing?
As a Flight Attendant, you’ll be the face of LEAV Aviation on board, creating a safe and enjoyable environment for every passenger. You’ll learn to manage inflight service, assist travelers with professionalism and warmth, and handle safety procedures with confidence. No two days will ever be the same — one flight might take you to a sun-soaked Mediterranean destination, and the next might bring you back home under the Cologne skyline.
What We’re Looking For?
We’re not asking for prior flying experience — just a positive attitude and the willingness to learn. Here’s what helps you succeed in this role:
- Minimum age: 18 years
- A secondary school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Confident communication in English (German is a bonus)
- A genuine passion for customer service and working with people
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or tourism is a plus
- Good overall health and visual acuity within ±5 diopters
- Minimum height: 1.55 m
- Flexibility to work variable shifts and locations
- The ability to reach Cologne/Bonn Airport within one hour
- An EU passport or permanent work permit for Germany
