What We’re Looking For?
You don’t need previous experience in aviation — we’re more interested in your attitude, people skills, and ability to stay calm and confident when things get busy. You’re someone who loves helping others, works well under pressure, and knows how to bring positive energy to any team.

Minimum Requirements:
To join our Cabin Crew team in Berlin, you’ll need to:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Stand between 157.5 cm and 190 cm tall without shoes
- Be fluent in English and German (spoken and written)
- Hold a valid passport with unrestricted travel across the EU and UK
- Live within 90 minutes of Berlin base
- Be able to swim 25 metres unaided and climb into a life raft
- Have no visible tattoos on your head, face, or neck
- Be confident selling products from our onboard CAFE.SHOP range
- Pass an EASA Cabin Crew medical and fit securely into a jump seat
