What the Role Involves?
As Cabin Crew, you’ll be at the heart of every flight. Your number one responsibility will always be safety, making sure all onboard procedures meet the highest EASA standards. But just as importantly, you’ll bring warmth and personality to every interaction, making our customers feel comfortable and cared for from boarding to landing. One day you might be calmly managing a medical situation, the next you’ll be helping a nervous first-time flyer feel at ease, or recommending something from our inflight CAFE.SHOP range.
In Berlin, you’ll be part of a lively, international base that thrives on teamwork and the famous Orange Spirit — our way of working with energy, inclusivity, and pride.
What We’re Looking For?
You don’t need previous flying experience — what matters is your attitude, resilience, and love for people. We’re looking for individuals who:
- Have at least 6 months of customer service or people-facing experience
- Are confident communicators in both English and German
- Stay calm and make safety-led decisions under pressure
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
- Live within 90 minutes of Berlin Brandenburg Airport
Key Requirements:
- Minimum age: 18 years
- Height between 157.5 cm and 190 cm (without shoes)
- Valid passport with unrestricted travel rights within the UK, EEA, and easyJet destinations
- Comfortable swimming 25m unaided, treading water, inflating a life jacket, and boarding a life raft
- No visible tattoos on the head, face, or neck (other tattoos must be non-offensive)
- Ability to pass an EASA Cabin Crew medical assessment and fit into a jump seat harness
