Your Profile – What You Bring to the Team?
To be considered as a Direct Entry Senior Cabin Attendant, you'll need to meet the following requirements:
Experience and Age
- Minimum age: 20 years
- Minimum flight experience: 12 months
Physical Requirements
- Height: 152 cm – 195 cm
- Good health (medical examination required before employment)
- Good swimming skills
Language Skills
- Good command of German and English (minimum Level B1)—clear communication with passengers and crew is essential
Travel Documents
- Valid passport with CH or EU/EFTA nationality without restrictions
Working Hours
- Willingness to work irregular working hours—aviation is a 24/7 industry
