Who We're Looking For?
We're seeking experienced professionals who combine leadership qualities with genuine warmth. As a Senior Cabin Attendant, you'll be a role model for your colleagues while ensuring our guests receive the highest standard of Swiss hospitality. To succeed in this role, you should bring:
- Experience Matters: At least 20 years of age with a minimum of 12 months of flight experience under your belt.
- Language Skills: Confident command of German and English (minimum B1 level) to connect comfortably with our diverse passengers and crew.
- Physical Requirements: Height between 152 cm and 195 cm, with good overall health and confident swimming skills (a medical examination will be required prior to employment).
- Documentation: A valid, unrestricted passport from Switzerland, the EU, or EFTA.
- Flexibility: Genuine willingness to embrace irregular working hours—because every flight brings a new adventure.
