Your Career Path:
- Start with our initial Cabin Crew Member training
- Complete the Senior Cabin Crew Member (SC) training, first on short-haul and then on long-haul routes

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring smooth flight operations while adhering to safety and service regulations
- Coordinating and planning onboard tasks efficiently, assigning crew members according to their skills and training level
- Implementing service standards for an exceptional and customer-focused inflight experience
- Performing administrative tasks (reporting) to maintain overall quality assurance
- Maintaining professional collaboration with cockpit crews, management, and other internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
- At least 2 years of flight experience, including 1 year as a Senior Cabin Crew Member
- Strong proficiency in German and English, plus a good command of French, Italian, or Spanish (minimum B1 level)
- Swiss or EU passport with a strong connection to Switzerland (understanding Swiss German is required)
- Well-groomed appearance with a minimum height of 158 cm
- Confident demeanor, reliability, and impeccable manners
- Strong communication skills, conflict resolution ability, and active engagement in team processes
- High sense of responsibility and conscientiousness
