What to Expect on the Day?
- Welcome & Introduction: We'll share an inside look at the iconic cabin crew role, the vibrant experience of living in Dubai, and the unparalleled career path Emirates offers.
- Assessment Activities: You'll participate in collaborative group exercises and complete an online test at the venue. This is your chance to showcase your teamwork and problem-solving skills.
- Final Interview: A one-on-one conversation where we get to know the person behind the CV. We want to understand your motivation, your story, and why you dream of wearing the Emirates uniform.

We're looking for future professionals, so we ask that you present yourself as you would for a prestigious interview.
- For Women: Business attire with heels; hair neatly tied back; full makeup.
- For Men: A suit or smart business attire with formal shoes; clean-shaven with neatly presented hair.
Do You Have the Emirates Spirit?
We're searching for individuals who aren't just looking for a job, but for a lifestyle built on connection, cultural curiosity, and excellence. To embark on this journey with us, you should be:
- At least 21 years of age.
- In possession of a high school diploma (Baccalauréat or equivalent).
- Fluent in written and spoken English (knowledge of additional languages is a valued asset).
- A natural, charismatic team player whose positivity and warmth stand out.
- Equipped with a minimum of 1 year of experience in hospitality or customer service.
- At least 160cm tall with the ability to reach 212cm.
- Prepared to meet all employment visa requirements for the UAE.
- Free of visible tattoos while in the iconic Emirates cabin crew uniform.

Your Earnings & Lifestyle
As a Grade II Cabin Crew member, your monthly salary rewards your flying time and is designed to provide financial stability.
- Average Total Monthly Pay: Approximately AED 11,244 (around €2,850 or USD 3,061*).
- This consists of a fixed basic salary (AED 4,980), an hourly flying pay (AED 69.6 per hour for an average of 80-100 flight hours), and overseas meal allowances.
