- Follow Emirates grooming standards (neat hair, professional look)
- Passport Copy
- Clear copy of your valid passport
- Must be valid for at least 6 months
- If you don't have a passport yet, you’ll need to bring a photo ID (such as a driver’s license or national ID)
- Highest Educational Certificate
- A copy of your high school diploma or equivalent
- Originals may be requested later, but a copy is usually sufficient for Open Day
- Completed Application Form (if provided)
- If Emirates provided a printed application form in advance (through email or event page), bring it filled out
- Otherwise, you’ll likely fill it during the assessment

Requirements
Before attending, make sure you meet the following requirements:
- Age: 21 or older at the start of training
- Education: Completed high school or equivalent (Baccalauréat or international equivalent)
- Languages: Fluent in English (written and spoken); knowledge of French or other languages is a great asset
- Experience: At least one year in customer service or hospitality
- Physical criteria: Minimum height 160 cm, with ability to reach 212 cm
- Tattoos: No visible tattoos while in uniform
- Visa eligibility: Must be eligible to work in the UAE
