What You'll Be Doing?
As a Butler, your role is central to delivering the seamless, personalized experience that Jetex is known for. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing excellent customer service to all passengers by maintaining a pleasant, professional, friendly, and outgoing demeanor
- Assisting passengers with carrying their hand luggage, ensuring a smooth and effortless arrival and departure
- Arranging comfortable seating and ensuring adequate arrangements throughout the VIP terminal
- Delivering personalized service that anticipates and fulfills the unique needs of each guest
- Maintaining a thorough understanding of all VIP Terminal amenities to provide accurate and helpful information
- Collaborating with all departments—including guest experience, housekeeping, and food services—to meet and exceed passenger expectations
- Upholding the strictest privacy and confidentiality regarding passengers' information and activities
- Assisting with event-related work, including exhibitions, shows, and coordinating maintenance both exterior and interior of the VIP terminal
- Performing other duties as assigned by the Line Manager

Essential Qualifications and Experience:
- Education: Relevant degree or post-graduate qualification, or equivalent experience
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a 5-star hotel or luxury resort environment
- Communication: Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with high-profile guests
- Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills with a natural ability to anticipate needs
- Grooming: Understanding of and commitment to impeccable grooming standards
