Voluxis is currently recruiting a Director of Cabin Services.
This board-level leadership role is responsible for overseeing and guiding all aspects of inflight cabin operations, including flight attendant performance, customer service delivery, safety compliance, onboard service programs, and crew management.
As Director of Cabin Services, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring Voluxis delivers and maintains a premium customer experience, while upholding the highest standards of safety and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Director of Cabin Services, you will develop and execute strategies to enhance the inflight service experience, aligning with the Voluxis brand and customer service goals. You will lead, mentor, and support the team of UK and non-UK based flight attendants, including employed and freelance contractors, with oversight of the recruitment process and selection, training, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives. You will collaborate with marketing and service design teams to refine and standardise inflight service offerings, ensuring consistency and excellence in customer experience while leading continuous improvement initiatives. Additionally, you will work closely with Aircraft Managers, Operations, and the Charter Team to ensure seamless end-to-end service delivery, as well as with third-party suppliers to address customer needs, drive continuous improvement and innovations, and ensure adherence to specific budgetary requirements.
Requirements
The successful candidate must have over 10 years of experience in inflight services within Corporate Aviation, including more than 5 years in a leadership role. A proven track record of managing high-end customer delivery-focused teams is essential, along with strong and effective communication skills and a focus on standards. The candidate must also have the ability to travel as required by the business and be willing to work flexible hours.
