Join the Breeze Crew: Seriously Nice Flight Attendants Wanted in Fort Myers!

Are you looking for a part-time role that actually feels like an adventure? Breeze Airways is hiring "Seriously Nice" Flight Attendants to join our RSW Crew Base at Southwest Florida International Airport in Fort Myers. If you genuinely enjoy helping people, stay calm when things get chaotic, and believe kindness matters, this could be the perfect fit.

This is a part-time position with a monthly guarantee of 37.5 flying hours. Just keep in mind that you will need to live within a two-hour drive of the airport, successfully complete our initial training, and be ready to embrace the Breeze way—Safety, Kindness, Integrity, Ingenuity, and Excellence.

    What You'll Actually Be Doing?

Let's be real: this job is equal parts safety expert, hospitality pro, and problem-solver. One moment you're welcoming Guests with a warm smile and helping with luggage, the next you're calmly explaining evacuation procedures or handling a tense situation with empathy. You'll stay present and approachable, regularly checking on your passengers, serving meals and drinks with top hygiene standards, and keeping the cabin and galley organized—even in tight quarters.

You'll also need to be comfortable with technology, as you'll use and explain Breeze's inflight tools to Guests. And yes, schedules can shift due to weather, delays, or operational needs, so flexibility is part of the deal. You might even be asked to pitch in with other departments from time to time.

Safety is always priority one. That means providing clear emergency instructions, administering first-aid if needed, conducting security screenings, and completing our Autism Awareness Training. Throughout it all, you'll remain professional, composed, and kind—even under serious pressure.

    What We're Looking For?

Before we talk about the fun perks, let's make sure you meet the essentials:

    • At least 21 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent
    • Able to reach emergency equipment in overhead bins (no specific height minimum, but you need the reach) and have adequate head clearance in the cabin
    • Must be able to sit and buckle into the E190 and A220 jumpseat harness and lap belt
    • Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English
    • Pass a vision and hearing test
    • Hold a valid passport with at least six months remaining at application
    • Legal right to work and travel freely to/from the United States
    • Pass a DOT pre-employment drug test, TSA fingerprint-based criminal history check, and Breeze background check
    • Able to work nights, weekends, holidays, extended hours, and reserve assignments
    • Willing to relocate if the company needs you to (based on operational needs)

A Few Appearance Guidelines (Because We Know You Want to Know)

Breeze is modern but professional. Here's what works:

    • Nose piercings? Yes—studs only, single 2mm or smaller, in silver, gold, or gemstone. No hoops.
    • Earrings? Max two per ear while in uniform.
    • Tattoos? Possibly visible—our full tattoo policy will be shared during selection.
    • No teeth embellishments in uniform.

    Physical Reality Check

This job is active. You'll be standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, closing overhead bins with about 50 pounds of push/pull force, pushing beverage carts up and down inclines with up to 60 pounds of force, and assisting disabled passengers into and out of inflight wheelchairs. You should also be comfortable swimming (just in case) and performing all safety-related procedures.

Skills That Will Make You Shine

Beyond the basics, we're looking for people who can turn challenges into solutions, think independently while collaborating as part of a team, and handle difficult situations with grace. Strong communication, problem-solving, and conflict de-escalation skills go a long way here.

    What Breeze Offers You?

We take care of our crew. Here's what you can expect:

    • Paid training – yes, you earn while you learn
    • Initial uniform and luggage provided by Breeze
    • 401K benefits eligible after 90 days
    • Travel benefits on the Breeze network starting after 30 days
    • Travel benefits on other airlines beginning after six months
    • Pay rate range: $25 to $37.50 per hour

    Ready to Be Seriously Nice?

If this sounds like your kind of role—rewarding, active, and full of real human moments—we'd love to see your application. Come join a team that actually means it when we say kindness matters.
