    Breeze Airways is on the lookout for an Inflight Services Supervisor based in Orlando. Reporting to the Regional Manager of Inflight Services, this role is key to supporting the assigned base and ensuring the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and service. The Inflight Services Supervisor will oversee the performance of flight attendants, providing leadership, guidance, and collaboration with other departments to support the overall success of Breeze.

    Key Responsibilities:

    As an Inflight Services Supervisor, you will lead initiatives to achieve on-time performance goals set for your base or region, execute daily, weekly, and monthly operational plans, and respond to irregular operations as needed. You will work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to handle flight interruptions and operational challenges. Your responsibilities include maintaining performance and reliability reporting, implementing corrective actions for Flight Attendants at your base, and coaching them to meet and exceed performance expectations. You will conduct fact-finding and investigation meetings related to performance, reliability, and operations, ensuring timely and accurate follow-up. Additionally, you will support recruitment in hiring new Flight Attendants, promote safety and compliance with regulatory and Breeze standards, and demonstrate knowledge of key base and departmental metrics. You will perform line evaluations as an ATS when required, maintain accurate employment records, and ensure a safe operational environment.     Requirements

    The successful candidate must have a 4-year degree or equivalent work experience (preferred), the ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language, and at least 2 years of experience leading a diverse workforce along with 3 or more years of flight attendant experience. They must be able to obtain and maintain current Breeze Airways Flight Attendant Certification and demonstrate professional proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for training, quality assurance, and data reporting. A high performance orientation is essential, along with the ability to work well under pressure, prioritize projects, meet deadlines, and remain flexible. The ideal candidate should be a self-starter with a positive attitude and strong desire for success, capable of completing projects with minimal supervision and working varied hours when necessary. They must be knowledgeable in inflight service operations and regulations related to the FAA, DOT, and TSA, and must pass a DOT pre-employment drug test, a TSA fingerprint-based criminal history records check, and a Breeze background check. A valid passport with at least six months before expiration is required, as well as the ability to travel frequently. Outstanding leadership skills, the ability to lead, train, and motivate others, and strong interpersonal communication, collaboration, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities are necessary. The candidate should have a good work ethic, thrive in a fast-paced team environment, handle stress effectively, and demonstrate attention to detail with a highly organized, process-focused mindset.
