Description
TUI is on the lookout for a dedicated and highly committed Cabin Attendant to join its team in Willemstad. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring a safe, efficient, and customer-focused flight operation in line with legal requirements and the standard procedures of TUI fly TUI NL and the TUI Group. The position aims to guarantee flight safety while maintaining high levels of passenger satisfaction, all while balancing cost control and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Cabin Attendant, you will carry out operational standards related to flight execution in line with the policies of TUI fly, TUI Netherlands, and the TUI Group, as well as legal flight safety requirements. You will report any bottlenecks related to flight operations and associated procedures to the Assistant Purser or Purser and properly implement necessary measures during incidents to ensure optimal flight safety and manage or prevent risks. You will provide service to passengers in accordance with Flight Operations policy and ensure high-quality and adequate delivery of inflight services to all passengers, following the standard procedures of TUI fly and according to agreed service schedules, work systems, and instructions. Inflight services include all products related to passenger care, such as catering, duty-free, dry goods, and promotional items. You will offer information and first-line support to passengers in case of personal issues, handle complaints and resolve them directly whenever possible, actively sell inflight service products such as catering and duty-free items, and maximize revenue from onboard sales, including seat upgrades. You will also provide input to the Assistant Purser and Purser for flight reports concerning any irregularities during the various phases of the flight and ensure correct inventory management and accurate cash administration for sales, in compliance with applicable regulations.
Requirements
The successful candidate must have at least a HAVO diploma (Higher General Secondary Education), an excellent command of Dutch and Papiamento, and a very good command of English.
