Your Role: Safety, Service, and Memorable Moments
As a GoJet Flight Attendant, you are the heartbeat of the onboard experience. From the moment passengers step aboard until they bid us farewell, you're responsible for their safety, comfort, and overall journey. You'll work independently on each flight while remaining an essential part of our larger team, handling everything from routine service to unexpected situations with grace and professionalism.

Who We're Looking For?
We believe the best Flight Attendants are those with a natural warmth, strong work ethic, and genuine desire to connect with people. If that sounds like you, let's talk about the qualifications we're seeking:
Minimum Requirements:
- Be at least 19 years of age.
- Possess a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Maintain a professional, conservative appearance that meets our uniform guidelines—tattoos on hands, face, or neck, or visible in standard business attire are not permitted.
- Live within 90 miles (approximately 1.5 hours) of your chosen base in Chicago or St. Louis.
- Have the legal right to work in the United States and the ability to travel unrestricted to/from all states and Canada.
- Hold a valid passport, driver's license or state ID, and Social Security card.
- Be able to make clear announcements, give emergency orders, and communicate fluently in English.
- Successfully complete up to 6 weeks of paid training at our St. Louis Training Center.
- Be available for reserve duty (on-call scheduling), understanding that this assignment may continue for an undetermined number of years.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Two or more years of customer service experience is a strong advantage, though not required.
Physical Demands & Working Environment

- Standing and speaking for extended periods.
- Physical tasks including kneeling, bending, squatting, pushing, pulling, and lifting heavy objects.
- Working in small, confined spaces with occasional turbulence, dry air, and engine noise.
- Extensive travel with consecutive nights away from home in varying climates.
- Flexible schedules including holidays, evenings, and weekends.
- Handling difficult situations, resolving complaints, and de-escalating conflicts with understanding and compassion.

- Competitive Pay: Hourly rate ranging from $28.00 to $44.00, based on experience and tenure, with a minimum guarantee of 75 flight hours per month.

Your Journey Begins with Training
