Your Role: The Heart of the In-Flight Experience
As a GoJet Flight Attendant, you'll hold a unique and vital position as the sole cabin professional on board our innovative CRJ-550 aircraft, flying as United Express. This isn't just a service role; it's a position of leadership where you are entrusted with the complete safety, security, and comfort of up to 50 passengers from gate to gate. You'll balance the critical responsibilities of safety procedures with the art of delivering genuine, attentive hospitality, ensuring every journey feels personal and seamless.

We're looking for candidates who are ready for an adventure that demands both responsibility and heart. To join our team, you should meet the following qualifications:
- At least 21 years of age with a preferred background of two years in customer service.
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Clear and professional communication skills in English for announcements and safety procedures.
- The legal right to work and travel unrestricted in the U.S. and to Canada.
- Valid Passport, driver's license/state ID, and Social Security card.
- Ability to complete a 5-6 week paid training program in St. Louis, MO.
- Willingness to be on reserve (on-call) and available to report to your assigned base, with the flexibility for extensive travel, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- A professional and conservative appearance in accordance with our uniform standards.
Base Locations & Proximity
This is a home-based role. You will apply to and be assigned to one of our four crew domiciles, and must live within two hours (or 100 miles) of that location. Our current bases are:
- IAD – Sterling, Virginia (Washington D.C. area)
- ORD – Chicago, Illinois
- STL – St. Louis, Missouri
- EWR – Newark, New Jersey

- Compensation: A starting rate of $28.00 per flight hour, with a $2.00 per hour per diem. You are guaranteed a minimum of 75 flight hours per month.
