Key Responsibilities:
As a Flight Attendant, your responsibilities are centered on creating an environment of safety, comfort, and hospitality from the moment Guests board until they reach their destination. Your key contributions will include:
- Providing a warm and efficient welcome to all Guests, assisting them with seating arrangements, and ensuring their carry-on baggage is properly stowed for a smooth boarding process.
- Delivering attentive and personalized service throughout the flight, catering to Guest needs and enhancing their overall travel experience.
- Maintaining an immaculate and inviting cabin environment, ensuring cleanliness and orderliness throughout the flight.
- Clearly and engagingly delivering pre-flight safety demonstrations, and rigorously ensuring adherence to all Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regulations at all times.
- Responding swiftly and effectively to any medical or emergency situations that may arise, utilizing your training in areas such as first aid and Autism Awareness to provide compassionate and competent care.
- Collaborating seamlessly with your fellow crew members to meet all operational requirements, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability even when schedules are impacted by unforeseen circumstances like weather or logistical adjustments.
Requirements
To be a successful Breeze Airways Flight Attendant, you must meet the following essential requirements:
- Be at least 21 years old at the commencement of training.
- Possess a high school diploma or its equivalent.
- Demonstrate complete fluency in English, encompassing the ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend the language clearly, with particular emphasis on effectively communicating safety instructions to non-English-speaking Guests.
- Exhibit a strong, inherent customer service orientation, consistently striving to exceed Guest expectations.
- Maintain a professional, well-groomed appearance that aligns with CDC hygiene standards.
- Permitted within strict guidelines – only a single 2mm or smaller stud in silver, gold, or gemstone is allowed. Hoops or other facial piercings are not permitted.
- Tooth gems or any other dental embellishments are not permitted while in uniform.
- No more than two earrings per ear are acceptable.
- Tattoos may be visible while in uniform, provided they meet company appearance standards, which will be thoroughly reviewed and shared during the selection process.
- Meet minimum height requirements to safely reach and retrieve emergency equipment from overhead bins without assistance. Additionally, you must not exceed maximum height limitations to ensure proper head clearance within the aircraft cabin.
- Be able to comfortably sit and securely fasten the seatbelt harness and lap belt on the jumpseats of the E190, E195, and A220 aircraft.
- Successfully pass vision and hearing tests, crucial for performing safety-sensitive duties.
- Successfully complete comprehensive security training, a Department of Transportation (DOT) pre-employment drug screening, a Transportation Security Administration (TSA) fingerprint-based criminal history check, and an internal Breeze background check.
- Hold a valid passport with a minimum of six months of remaining validity, and possess the legal right to work in the U.S. You must also be able to travel without restriction to and from the United States.
- Be willing to relocate if operational needs necessitate it, and demonstrate the flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours as required by airline operations.
- Maintain regular attendance at your assigned base and be prepared to work on reserve, demonstrating a self-starting, highly motivated attitude focused on achieving success.

Hourly Pay Scale:
Breeze Airways offers a structured and progressive hourly pay scale that rewards your dedication and experience:
- 1–6 months: $25.00 per hour
- 6 months–1 year: $27.00 per hour
- 2 years: $28.50 per hour
- 3 years: $30.00 per hour
- 4 years: $31.50 per hour
- 5 years: $33.00 per hour
- 6 years: $34.50 per hour
- 7 years: $36.00 per hour
- 8 years: $37.50 per hour
