Elevated Service at 45,000 Feet: Cabin Attendant – Gulfstream G700 | Oxford, CT!

Clay Lacy Aviation is looking for an experienced, polished, and deeply service-oriented Cabin Attendant to join our team full-time, operating exclusively onboard a stunning Gulfstream G700 based at KOXC in Oxford, Connecticut. This is not a rotational or fly-in/fly-out position—we need someone who lives within a two-hour drive of Oxford and is ready to become an extension of the owner's trusted travel environment.

If you take pride in anticipating needs before they are spoken, managing a flawless cabin from prep to post-flight, and delivering a truly legendary experience with discretion and warmth, this role offers the chance to work with one of private aviation's most respected names.

    A Snapshot of the Role

This position is built around a single owner with exacting standards and personal preferences. You will manage every detail of the cabin experience—safety, catering, inventory, presentation, and personalized touches—while operating under both Part 91 and Part 135 rules. The aircraft flies approximately 400 hours annually, giving you a rhythm that balances busy travel periods with meaningful downtime to prepare and reset.

You will work closely with the Pilot in Command and the In-Flight Services management team, but much of your day-to-day will be autonomous. That independence requires someone who is organized, proactive, and calm under pressure.

What You Will Do Day to Day?

Your responsibilities go far beyond serving coffee. You will be the silent engine behind every seamless flight.

    • Own the cabin from nose to tail: ensure every safety protocol is followed while creating a warm, effortless experience for passengers.
    • Learn the owner inside and out—food preferences, allergies, dietary needs, favorite brands, and even how they like their bedding arranged.
    • Keep meticulous records: update passenger profiles, track inventory, manage owner lockers and storage cages, and ensure nothing runs low or expires.
    • Shop for and source exactly what the owner wants, rotating supplies and restocking the aircraft to perfection before each departure.
    • Inspect the cabin regularly for wear and tear, proactively flagging issues to the PIC or relevant department before they become problems.
    • Prepare the aircraft for charter prospect showings, ensuring it presents at the highest possible standard.
    • Work a flexible, on-call schedule that revolves around the owner's travel plans—weekends, holidays, and last-minute changes are part of the role unless you are on a scheduled day off.
    • Stay in constant, clear communication with In-Flight Services management so operations run smoothly.
    • Safely load and unload aircraft items during maintenance events.

What You Bring to the Cabin?

We are looking for a specific combination of experience, judgment, and professionalism.

    Required:

    • A minimum of three years as a Cabin Attendant working on large-cabin private or corporate jets under Part 91 and/or Part 135.
    • Residence within a two-hour drivable commute to KOXC in Oxford, CT. This is a ground-based role—you cannot commute by air.
    • A valid, unrestricted driver's license.
    • An active Food Handler Certification.
    • A valid, unexpired passport.
    • Current Emergency Training certification (completed within the last 12 months) including CPR and First Aid.
    • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
    • Flexibility to work variable schedules, including weekends, holidays, and on-call assignments.

Beyond the checklist, you should also:

    • Build trust naturally. Owners and crew rely on your honesty, integrity, and consistency.
    • Make sound decisions quickly, balancing safety, service, and logistics.
    • Work collaboratively with pilots, maintenance teams, and management while also thriving when working alone.
    • Stay calm and solution-oriented in a distracting, fast-moving environment.
    • Take feedback seriously and use it to grow.

    Why Clay Lacy Aviation?

We offer more than a competitive paycheck. This role comes with a compensation package that reflects the expertise and dedication required.

    • Salary: $190,000 – $195,000, with fully paid medical and healthcare premiums.
    • Comprehensive benefits: medical, dental, and vision coverage plus a 401(k) retirement plan.
    • Time off: paid time off and paid holidays.
    • Additional protections: loss of license insurance, pet insurance options, and wellness resources.
