- Follow Emirates grooming standards (neat hair, professional look)
- Passport Copy
- Clear copy of your valid passport
- Must be valid for at least 6 months
- If you don't have a passport yet, you’ll need to bring a photo ID (such as a driver’s license or national ID)
- Highest Educational Certificate
- A copy of your high school diploma or equivalent
- Originals may be requested later, but a copy is usually sufficient for Open Day
- Completed Application Form (if provided)
- If Emirates provided a printed application form in advance (through email or event page), bring it filled out
- Otherwise, you’ll likely fill it during the assessment

Requirements
Before attending, please make sure you meet these requirements:
- Age: Minimum of 21 years old at the start of training
- Education: Completed high school (Diploma de Bacalaureat) or equivalent
- Languages: Fluent in English; Romanian and other languages are an advantage
- Experience: At least one year in hospitality, customer service, or tourism
- Physical criteria: Minimum height 160 cm, with the ability to reach 212 cm
- Appearance: No visible tattoos while in uniform
- Work eligibility: Able to meet UAE employment visa requirements
