Take Off with Europe’s Leading Airline!
If you’ve ever dreamed of taking to the skies and turning travel into your everyday life, here’s your chance. Ryanair is looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals to join our Cabin Crew teams based in Bristol and London Stansted — two of the most exciting and well-connected bases in our network.
With more than 16,000 Cabin Crew and 90+ operational bases across Europe, Ryanair continues to grow as the continent’s largest airline group. Every day, we operate over 3,600 flights, welcoming 600,000 passengers onboard — and we’re proud to deliver outstanding service with a smile on every journey.
What Makes This Opportunity Special?
At Ryanair, we don’t just offer a job — we offer a lifestyle. You’ll enjoy unlimited discounted travel across our network of 250+ destinations, giving you the freedom to explore new cities on your days off. Our industry-leading “5 on / 3 off” roster gives you a healthy balance between work and rest, while our competitive pay, daily allowances, and uncapped sales bonuses make flying even more rewarding.
You’ll receive fully funded, world-class training, so no previous experience is required. We’ll equip you with everything you need to earn your Cabin Crew Wings, from safety procedures to onboard service skills.
Once you’ve joined, you’ll find endless opportunities to grow — many of our current supervisors, base managers, and inflight directors started their careers right where you are today.
What the Role Involves?
Working as Cabin Crew is fast-paced, people-focused, and full of variety. Your day might begin before sunrise or end well after dark, but every flight brings something new. You’ll greet passengers, ensure their comfort and safety, and represent the Ryanair brand with pride. Most importantly, you’ll create memorable experiences for our guests while maintaining the highest standards of safety and professionalism.
